Marc Claussen started serving in his role as Vice President, Business Excellence & Customer Experience in 2023. Marc joined Chiesi as Director of Market Access in 2013 and has been instrumental in the pricing, contracting, and payer strategies for Chiesi USA therapeutic brands, contributing significantly to commercial success. He is an active member of the Chiesi Global (MACH) team that collaborates on Market Access strategy across all Chiesi affiliates. In 2021, Marc became Vice President of Value & Market Access, taking direct leadership of Chiesi National Accounts, Strategic Business Liaison, Health Economic and Value Specialists, and Managed Market teams. Prior to joining the company, he held multiple leadership roles in sales, managed markets, and national accounts with Nuvo Research, Inc., BusinessOne Technologies, Alpharma, and Watson Pharmaceuticals.
Marc holds a BS in Secondary Education from the University of Evansville with a Post Graduate certificate in HEOR from University of Washington.
