Erica Paine joined Chiesi in 2017 as a Regional Business Manager, progressing to Director, Health Economics & Value in 2021. In 2023, Erica was named Vice President, Value & Market Access. She is a respected Market Access leader with experience that spans various therapeutic areas and includes Healthcare Economic Information development, Profits & Losses Accountability, and strategic planning and execution. Erica was a pioneer with the Chiesi USA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in 2021, serving as its inaugural chair and representing it as an ambassador to other companies in the space. In 2023, she became the second executive sponsor of the DE&I Committee. Erica helped co-create economic pieces for Chiesi brands, lead Health Economic and Value Specialist teams, and translate consumer insights into Value tools. She championed the evolution of our Enterprise Model, serving as the first leader of the National Strategic Business Liaison team, a function she helped create in response to changing customer needs. Prior to joining Chiesi, Erica was Cardiology Account Manager at Abiomed.

Erica holds a BA in Journalism from Indiana University.
