Allyson Stevens joined Chiesi in 2018 as Director of Human Resources, progressing to Senior Director, Human Resources in 2021. Allyson is a champion of the Chiesi culture, taking on multiple leadership roles that aim to enhance the workplace for Chiesi people. Under her leadership, Chiesi USA was certified as a 2020 and 2021 “Great Place to Work.” In 2021, her contribution extended beyond her current role when she also served as an integral Global HR Business Partner for Chiesi Global Rare Diseases. Prior to joining the company, Allyson held multiple leadership roles in Human Resources within the Food & Beverage, Business Consulting, and Life Sciences industries.
Allyson earned a BA in Sociology from Louisiana Tech University and has been PHR certified by the HR Certification Institute since 2005.
