Erika Ngueda joined Chiesi USA in 2022 as Director, Customer Experience. Erika leads the customer experience team dedicated to creating end-to-end customer experience strategy and differentiated solutions informed by insights, analytics, and best practices, and leading the development of digital engagement to provide customers with enhanced opportunities to engage with the brand portfolio of Chiesi USA. Previously, she led the Strategic Project Management Organization Patient Services at Biogen, driving organizational effectiveness, as well as customer and patient centricity initiatives. Prior to 2019, she served as a management consultant at Genentech and as Senior Project Manager at Medicines360.
Erika holds a BA, Psychology, from the University of New Hampshire and a MA., Psychology, from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
